EXPERIENCE
Mindaugas Kepenis is a well known and respected criminal defence attorney, having over 30 years of practice in criminal investigation and defence. Mindaugas has started his professional carrier in Klaipeda Head Police Office in the investigation department and finished in a position of the senior investigator for especially cases that have significant importance, where he has spent 13 years.
Since 1995 Mindaugas is practising law as Аttorney-at-Law. Through his impressive carrier, Mindaugas has represented a number of clients traffic accidents, organised crime, financial crime, fraud cases and other criminal and administrative offences.
Mindaugas Kepenis is representing clients during pre-trial investigation and in courts, with special focus on traffic accidents, white-collar defence.
