EXPERIENCE
Raimondas Kivylius is one of the founders of AVERUS. With more than 15 years of legal experience (for more than a decade Raimondas is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association), he is one of the most prominent litigation experts in western Lithuania. His strategic thinking and business-minded advice are much appreciated by the clients who entrust Raimondas with the most complicated disputes.
As a litigator, Raimondas represents the clients not only in commercial disputes, but in criminal and administrative cases as well. He specialises in criminal matters relating to property, financial, intellectual property, and other crimes.
Raimondas also has extensive experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He is also well known for his exclusive competence in the business financing and banking law field. Recently he was granted the acknowledgment of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania for his contribution in improving the business environment in Lithuania.
