Averus advised Panevėžys Free Economic Zone Management Company on transaction with Norwegian furniture manufacturer IMG Group regarding its operations in Panevėžys FEZ. Investor from Scandinavia is planning more than 10 million Euros investments and creation of more than 125 new jobs in Panevėžys FEZ.

Averus’ assistance included drafting of transactional documents, advising client on legal matters related to planning and infrastructure development, as well as regulatory aspects of free economic zones. Averus’ lawyers also represented the client in negotiations with IMG Group. We are happy to have successful completion of the deal in rather short deadlines.
