Starting from today, lawyer Viaceslav Blasciuk joined the Law Firm AVERUS. Legal professional with 20 years of experience has headed the legal departments of JSC Orlen Lietuva and SE State Forest Enterprise for the last few years.

During two decades of career in the law field, V. Blaščiuk has accumulated experience in courts, the largest Lithuanian law firms, and companies in the specialisation of litigation, arbitration, business law, and corporate law.

"Viaceslav has a wide range of experience in representing clients in energy, transport, international trade, corporate law, and other issues. He is experienced in all instances of the country's courts, as well as in international arbitrations and foreign mediation institutions. In our team, he will focus mainly on corporate law and dispute resolution,” said Laura Cereskaite-Kinciuviene, Managing Partner of the Law Firm AVERUS, by congratulating the new colleague.

For the last few years, V. Blasciuk has worked as the head of legal departments at AB "Orlen Lietuva", and later at the State Forest Enterprise.

The lawyer has obtained not only knowledge of the law, but also organizational psychology and a master's degree in management (EMBA) at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. He has also attended and successfully completed the training of the members of the Board of the BICG (Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance).
