AVERUS law firm is strengthening its Corporate and M&A practice – Mantas Juška, a transaction and corporate law expert, Attorney-at-Law and Associate Partner, joins the Vilnius office.

M. Juška has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, corporate governance, and business structuring. Over 15 years of professional practice, he has advised some of Lithuania’s largest companies on strategic development matters, supported international investors entering the Baltic markets, and worked with global private equity funds and listed companies.

According to M. Juška, the Baltic M&A market remains active despite geopolitical challenges, while Lithuania continues to demonstrate growth and investor confidence. Local funds have significant capital reserves for acquisitions, while returning foreign investors are increasing competition.

Before joining AVERUS, M. Juška spent three years as an Associate Partner at law firm Ellex, where he advised clients on M&A, investments, corporate governance, and business structuring. Mantas Juška holds a Master of Laws degree from Vilnius University.

Recent AVERUS transactions include a significant cross-border acquisition, financing, and leasing transaction involving an aircraft and engine package across five jurisdictions. The firm also advised on the acquisition of a controlling stake in UAB “J&C Aero” by “Setna iO”.
