We were advising the client, as buyer, in acquiring another used helicopter. The transaction has involved assistance in drafting the sale and purchase agreement, negotiation and commencing the closing. The helicopter was delivered to the customer in Tallinn airport. The transaction was successfully closed in two months.

The project involved Latvian and Estonian jurisdiction.
