We were advising the client, as buyer, in acquiring a high value helicopter. The transaction has involved usual assistance in drafting the sale and purchase agreement, negotiation and commencing the closing. The payment of the purchase price involved the UK based escrow agent. The helicopter was delivered to the customer in Tallinn airport and involved a delayed ferry flight due to bad weather conditions. The transaction was successfully closed within 3 weeks, which is an extremely short period for such transactions.
