Law firm AVERUS participated in the role of general legal counsel to the purchaser and lessor of one Airbus A320-200. The client has acquired the aircraft after its operations with a Middle East flag carrier and signed a long term lease agreement with the operator in Asia. The project included transaction structuring, negotiating the sale agreement, preparation of the aircraft lease agreement, arranging transitional aircraft registration in Ireland.
