AVERUS advised UAB Pramones turtas and UAB Advantec Lietuva on entering into the sale and lease-back transaction regarding their industrial buildings, located in Klaipeda FEZ. After long and intensive negotiations, the client sold to the institutional investor existing industrial property with area exceeding 2,000 sq.m. and at the same time concluded a long-term lease agreement regarding the same property. We advised the client throughout the entire transaction from structuring of the deal to its closing, drafted and negotiated sale-purchase, lease, project management agreements as well as other transaction documents. The client has further expansion plans and constructs new industrial buildings nearby the existing property.
