American fund “X5 TG Acquisition Co” has recently closed the deal of acquiring a Lithuanian company providing sales CRM solutions. AVERUS has been consulting the buyer throughout the acquisition journey and helped complete the deal up to 1 million euros in value.

“All the procedures were smooth and easy with our legal partners, which led us through all necessary steps, including obtaining approval from National Security Commission, ensuring the deal is in line with all national safety requirements”, - said James Crennan CEO of X5 TG Acquisition Co.

AVERUS prepared all the documents, including the shares purchase and sales agreement, and application to National Security Commission, assisted the buyer in negotiations with the seller, completed other steps necessary to close the deal successfully and represented the buyer in this project.
