2017 is indeed a very active and productive year for our client Kaunas Free Economic Zone Management Company. Yet another major investor – global company Hollister – decided to choose Kaunas FEZ for its new location. Team of Averus lawyers worked on the transaction from the very beginning, represented client’s interest in very intensive negotiations, drafted transaction documents and advised on structure of the deal. We are happy and proud for our client that he succeeded to agree with Hollister for setting-up a new plant in Kaunas. Hollister plans to invest ~50 million Euros and create 300 new jobs.
