Law Firm AVERUS has advised the seller in the transaction of sale and lease novation of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft. The aircraft originally leased to Vietnamese airline and operated in Asia, was sold and the lease novated to an Irish based aircraft leasing company.

AVERUS team has advised the client in respect to all aircraft sale and lease novation matters, including preparation of all necessary legal documentation, negotiation with the purchaser and lessee, coordinated aircraft delivery and registration in Vietnam.

Vietnam is quite a complex jurisdiction with respect to aircraft registration, respectively AVERUS has engaged a local Vietnamese counsel and has coordinated local registration matters.
