We were advising Magnetic MRO, an Estonian aviation technical care, maintenance and asset management organisation, which recently completed the acquisition of a major pool of Boeing 737-800 airframes and CFM56-7B engines (4 airframes, 10 engines). With the value of USD 40 Million this was a remarkable aircraft acquisition transaction in the region.
The pool of assets was acquired by the client’s newly established asset vehicle Magnetic Parts Trading Limited, a joint venture company of Magnetic MRO and a US origin investment fund.
